Jersey Residence
Set along a long, linear parcel in Noe Valley, two units are composed as one continuous whole. Interlocking volumes carry the plan forward, bound by oak floors and brightened by pale interiors and quiet marble accents that give each space a light, effortless air. A private garden room and living green wall draw the outside in, while Boffi kitchens with Gaggenau and Miele appliances, radiant heated floors, and secure EV parking keep the home grounded in everyday ease.

The scheme
Set along a long, linear parcel in Noe Valley, two units read as one continuous composition. Interlocking volumes move through the plan, tied by oak floors and lit by bright interiors and marble accents that give each room a light, effortless presence.
The plan turns a narrow site into a sequence of considered moments. Full-height glazing draws the garden room deep into the plan, and a skylit stair of blackened steel and oak lands at an upper landing washed in daylight.
Upstairs, bedrooms share the same calm palette of white oak, pale stone, and matte metal, each opening to landscaped light wells rather than the street. The result is a pair of residences that feel private, collected, and entirely of their place.
