Dal (Moon) House
Entitled Dal House — Dal meaning Moon in Korean — the project employs apertures, surface textures, curved lines and quiet planes to evoke the Moon's geometry and light. A dark curving brick facade captures shadow throughout the day, while interior volumes pivot around sculpted fireplaces, herringbone floors, and oval skylights that draw daylight downward. Across two residences, the architecture moves between weight and luminosity, creating spaces that feel both grounded and quietly celestial.

The scheme
Entitled Dal House — Dal meaning Moon in Korean — the project employs apertures, surface textures, curved lines and quiet planes to evoke the Moon's geometry and light across two refined residences.
The ground floor is arranged around a single generous living volume, where full-height glazing, dark marble islands, and pivoting panels shift between openness and intimacy.
Upstairs, bedrooms and baths are wrapped in custom millwork and chevron oak, with curved brick returning as a tactile interior surface. Landscaped private courtyards, custom steel detailing, and a calibrated lighting programme complete the offering.
